Description
A replacement lens gasket designed for select Hayward Astrolite II spa and underwater lights. Ensures a watertight seal between the lens and housing to prevent water intrusion and maintain lighting integrity.
Compatibility & Fitment
- Fits Hayward Astrolite II series lights (models SP0590S, SP0590HS) and compatible spa lights.
- Use when the original gasket is compressed, cracked, leaking or you’re replacing the lens and want reliable sealing.
- Direct replacement for systems specifying part number SPX0590G.

Installation Notes
Shut off power to the light circuit and ensure no electrical hazard. Remove the light housing from the pool wall, extract the old gasket, clean the sealing surfaces, install the new SPX0590G gasket ensuring correct orientation and contact, re-mount the housing and restore power. Verify there is no moisture ingress before closing the system.
Maintenance Tip
During annual service or light replacement, inspect the gasket for flattening, cracks or discoloration. Replace if you detect any compromise in the seal to prevent water leaks and equipment damage.
