Product Overview
The CMP 25597-000-900 is a premium replacement nozzle for deck or wall jet installations in pool and spa systems. Designed for single-stream output and factory compatibility with CMP water-feature plumbing, it offers reliable performance and easy installation.
Key Features
- Single-stream nozzle design for consistent, focused water feature output.
- Non-adjustable configuration for simplicity and long-term reliability.
- Threaded inlet for secure connection to standard jet body or water-feature fitting.
- Durable construction suitable for pool/spa environment exposure.
- OEM part number ensures correct fit and function for CMP deck-jet or wall-jet systems.
Technical Specifications
- Part Number: 25597-000-900
- Type: Deck/Wall Jet Nozzle, Single Stream
- Adjustment: Non-adjustable (fixed stream)
- Application: Pools, Spas, Water Features (Deck or Wall Jet Installations)
- Installation: Threaded inlet connection
Applications & Fitment
This nozzle is intended for use in CMP water-feature systems where a fixed-single-stream jet is desired. Ideal for installation in deck jets, wall jets or similar features where you want a straightforward stream without on-the-fly adjustment. Verify the plumbing body, fitting size and jet type before ordering to ensure compatibility.
Installation Instructions
- Turn off the circulation system and relieve any water pressure before servicing.
- Remove the existing nozzle from the jet body or fitting.
- Thread the new 25597-000-900 nozzle into the body, hand-tighten and then finish with a quarter turn if required.
- Ensure the stream is directed properly and monitor for any leaks during startup.
- Restore water flow and inspect for stable operation and correct jet performance.
Troubleshooting
- No stream output: Confirm plumbing supply pressure and that the nozzle is properly threaded into the body.
- Weak or splashing stream: Verify that the inlet is free of debris and that the nozzle end is clean and not blocked.
- Leaks at nozzle thread: Ensure threads are sealed (use appropriate thread sealant for water-feature fitting) and nozzle is seated correctly.
Maintenance Tip
Periodically inspect the jet nozzle for any wear, scaling or obstructed flow. Cleaning or replacing when the stream becomes irregular can help maintain aesthetics and performance of your pool/spa water feature. Keeping a compatible replacement on hand prevents downtime when a jet needs servicing.
